Ilse Ramirez

Paralegal

Ilse Ramirez is a Paralegal for the American Immigration Council. She works with the legal department providing litigation, advocacy, and administrative support. More specifically, she maintains communication with plaintiffs and class members, produces court documents, drafts responses, attends meetings on behalf of the Council and participates in internal Council task forces. Prior to joining the Council, Ilse worked as a Paralegal with several immigration law firms providing support to attorneys with maintaining databases and files, interpreting, and interviewing clients for necessary information to obtain immigration relief. In particular, she assisted in preparing forms to present before USCIS, the BIA, and the immigration courts. Ilse holds a paralegal certificate from Kennesaw State University.
