Big Love MINI
The American Immigration Council is proud to announce an exciting new partnership with MINI, the immigrant-founded car company.
MINI is unveiling a limited-edition collection of rooftops that will feature the art of immigrants and first-generation Americans—Rich Tu, Shane Griffin, and Shawna X— giving them the opportunity to showcase their work on roads across America.
MINI is donating a portion of the proceeds from the rooftops to help us further our mission of creating communities where everyone feels like they belong.
The Big Love Mini campaign exemplifies the beauty and power that springs forth when you bring talented people together from all backgrounds in a spirit of collaboration
We are proud to be the beneficiaries of this initiative and are eager to celebrate these artists and their work.
MINI USA has shared this collaboration across their Instagram and Twitter channels and the artists themselves have posted their artwork on Instagram: see Rich Tu + Shane Griffin, and Shawna X.
Billboards featuring the artists and their work will be going up in New York City (Nov. 1) and Portland (Nov. 8) and will run through the end of November. If you’re in the area, we would love for you to pay a visit, snap a selfie, and share on social media!
Billboards can be seen at:
- Rich Tu – 2 St Nicholas Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11237 (St. Nicholas Ave and Jefferson St.)
- Shane – 290 Spring St, New York, NY 10013
