The American Immigration Council Unveils New Website

August 12, 2016

Washington, D.C. – The American Immigration Council officially debuted its new and improved website AmericanImmigrationCouncil.org. The site unifies all of our research, policy analysis, and legal work, as well as our international exchange program, under a single banner.

The new site features a topic-based organization of all content; a direct link to our popular daily blog ImmigrationImpact.com; an attorney specific-portal with quick access to practice advisories and litigation; and a streamlined J-1 exchange visitor portal. The entire site has been designed to provide the ultimate user-friendly experience with improved search, navigation, and functionality.

The site’s new topic-based organization allows our visitors to learn more about the Council’s broad range of work and products. Visitors also have easy access to our staff and other notable analysts and authors in the field.

Unveiled in 2015, the Council’s new logo plays on the “I” and “C” in the old motif and introduces a “road” element to emphasize the Council’s mission and vision. The road connotes a journey with purpose and is a nod to our motto, “honoring our immigrant past and shaping our future,” which distills the essence of the Council's work.

The Council contracted with Threespot for the website research and discovery phase, HiFrontier Productions for site development, and designer Anastasia Miller for the logo redesign.
