Statement for the House Judiciary Committee on "Oversight of the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement"

The American Immigration Council submitted a written statement to the House Judiciary Committee for a September 16, 2016 hearing on "Oversight of the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement."
