Letter Demands Release of Detained Individuals at Risk of COVID-19 in El Paso Area Immigration Detention Centers

The American Immigration Council and partners in the El Paso Immigration Collaborative (EPIC) submitted a letter to Immigration and Customs Enforcement's El Paso Field Office, detailing:
